CELEBRITIES including Coronation Street star Raj Harkishin (right) partied with brain tumour survivor turned fundraiser Lisa Connell (centre) and friends at a bash in East Finchley. She was celebrating the launch of her new events company Guardian Angel Events, at Italian café Dan and Decarlo, in High Road, East Finchley.
Guests sipped champagne while enjoying an intimate performance by singer Shakil, joined on stage by Ms Connell. A silent auction also helped raise more than £500 for charity. Mr Harkishin said: “Lisa is a remarkable woman and should be recognised for her achievements.”
