Andrea's Gift Andrea’s Gift is a small charity with a big agenda, and a huge amount of work to do.
By working closely with the clinicians who treat patients in areas of neuro surgery and oncology together with patients, family members and friends we feel that we have a good understanding of the work that is needed to improve the experience for everyone involved.
Our focus is to raise funds to
develop long term research projects into adult and paediatric brain
tumours, and to provide a level of support for patients and
carers in their very personal battles with the disease.

We are looking for 500 participants and helpers to join Sir Ian Botham and the Andrea's Gift team race around the boundary of Yorkshire in June 2008. The race is organised by James Bate in memory of his wife Samantha, who died of a brain tumour in 2006 and hopes to raise £250,000 to support brain tumour research and patients in Yorkshire.
